a Corporation that Javae’ & Francinna Wright started back in 2006 which focus on developing innovative techniques used to inspire kids and teens to become effective leaders.

Lead4Life Mission Statement…

Lead4Life Incorporated, based in Urbana, Illinois is devoted to fostering leadership qualities within disadvantaged youth of low-socioeconomic status through camps, mentoring, workshops, presentations, conferences, and various other athletic & academic programs designed to produce remarkable leaders of the next generation. Lead4life Incorporated- Javae’ & Francinna Wright ‘passion’… The importance of team sports in our lives are beyond measure. Through sports and our own faith in God, we have learned much about the principles that must be present within our youth in order for them to become leaders, and to fulfill their life potential, as they become adults. For us, becoming a leader means learning from others, serving others and mentoring those who are becoming leaders in their own lives, schools, and communities. Lead4Life is grounded by four core leadership principles, Choices, Dream, Drive, Team.

By building a strong set of leadership principles into this leadership movement, we have the opportunity to reinforce these core concepts through every individual who wears our lead4life Products.

One primary goal behind this Corporation is to expand our horizons, so that Lead4Life can be recognized as one of the fastest growing Leadership movements in the United States. In moving towards this goal, Lead4Life, Inc has developed a leadership driven product line which gives leaders of all ages, ethnicity, and gender, the opportunity to proudly display characteristics that dwell within. In essence, our mission is to sell the message. A message that stands on the fact that leadership carries no boundaries, no color barriers; it’s not limited to the disable, or to those of low socioeconomic status. However, we all have the opportunity to partake in our freedom to make the right Choice, pursue our own Dream, develop our Drive, or build our own Team. We thank all of you who support our tasks at hand and beyond.

The Lead4life ‘I Pledge’ Campaign will…

catapult the Lead4life Vision to the next level. Since 2006, team Lead4life has inspired thousands of kids and teens in schools throughout Central Illinois to ‘Dig Deep & Dream Big’. Motivated by sheer compassion for strengthening the character of our youth, Javae & Francinna Wright has developed a niche like none other; which compels students of all ages to believe within that there are truly ‘No Limits to what they can achieve’. Now, because of the tremendous responses received from students, parents, teachers, and administrators alike, Team Lead4life is using the ‘I Pledge Campaign’ as a means to expand its outreach to schools, by forming a coalition of people across the nation who are just as passionate about the preparation of success for Young America.

I Pledge Campaign Product…

“Through the colors red, brown, yellow, black and white, my attempt is to form one of the largest coalitions that our nation has ever seen… A coalition of Hope, A partnership of Character, An association of determination, a Union of perseverance… Lead4life envisions the Unity Band as a symbol that represents a vast nation of people who have embraced a concept that simply reflects back on the old proverb, ‘Where there is unity, there is Strength’.

Strength needed to rebuild a powerful economy. Strength needed in our schools, as we invest back into future generations. And most importantly, the strength needed to reunite our families. My vision is to have everyone from all walks of life, all races, nationalities, ages, gender, incomes levels, educational status, and so on, unite… for the sake of our youth.

As much as I look forward to building this great coalition, much more pride will be taken as Lead4life takes part in helping kids and teens across America build strong character. "
