(1)Giving students a solid foundation in developing, pursuing, and achieving their goals. 
(2) Teachings based upon the four core principles of Choices, Dream, Drive, and Team as outlined in our curriculum. 
(3) Conducting in-school workshops and seminars such as Accomplishing Your Dreams which help middle school students establish a clear vision of the short and long term goals they would like to achieve.
(4) Bridging the gap between active professionals and neighborhood schools within the communities at which they serve through our Lead4life Community Cares Program, which provides resources needed for youth to be successful in life.
